By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wwwck platform — including the website at wwwck.app, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, and payment services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player, "you", "your") and wwwck (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. wwwck reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied.

Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your wwwck account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance above ৳200 will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within 5 business days. Balances below ৳200 will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All financial transactions on the wwwck platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wwwck does not charge players any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own standard charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment services.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your wwwck account are available for wagering immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited to your account will expire automatically. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will result in the remaining bonus balance being removed from the account.

Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement is active on your account, the bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings will be voided. Your real-money balance will be paid out normally. Requesting a withdrawal under these conditions constitutes your voluntary forfeiture of the active bonus.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game play — including server disconnection, display errors, or incorrect prize calculations — all affected bets may be declared void. wwwck is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control, including failures in third-party payment networks or game provider systems.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wwwck platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — or facilitating others to do so — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account. Using chargeback mechanisms fraudulently after withdrawing winnings. Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
2. Money Laundering: Using the wwwck platform to cycle funds for the purposes of concealing their origin. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful wagering activity constitutes suspicious transaction behaviour and will be reported to financial intelligence authorities.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage. This includes communicating hand information, deliberately losing to transfer funds, or any other form of coordinated play.

wwwck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider, or any other conduct that wwwck considers damaging to the integrity of the platform or harmful to other players.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the wwwck support team at any time via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon confirmation of the closure request, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Any eligible real-money balance above ৳200 will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure specifically on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion — receive an accelerated closure process. The account is blocked within one hour of confirmation. Responsible gaming closures are permanent and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During this period, any attempt to re-register using the same identity details will be detected and blocked automatically.

Suspended Account Balances: Where an account is suspended by wwwck pending investigation, the player's real-money balance is frozen but not forfeited automatically. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the player in full. If wrongdoing is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with the specific violation involved.

Data Retention After Closure: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, wwwck retains account data — including identity documents, transaction records, and gameplay history — for a minimum of 5 years following account closure. This retention is required for legal compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, and dispute resolution purposes. Retained data is stored securely and not used for marketing purposes after account closure.
